As part of our work with London based heritage luxury reseller, Sign of the Times, we led a year-long transformation of the brand’s online trading and e-commerce strategy. Taking ownership of end-to-end online operations, we redefined social trading impact, product selection, campaign planning and execution - culminating in the brand’s most successful revenue day to date.
Through the introduction of new systems and a restructured trading strategy, online performance now stands over +100% above target. Alongside driving commercial growth, we focused on future proofing the brand, expanding into TikTok Live Shopping, creating high-impact digital moments and building a compelling online narrative rooted in storytelling.
